Payment Policy: No initial payment is required at the time of booking (0%), however, a valid credit card must be provided as a guarantee. The total amount (100%) will be automatically charged 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is available from 5:00 PM; Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
House Rules: For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. No parties or events are allowed on the premises, and pets are not permitted.
